	MINIMUM ORDER Orders totaling less than TWENTY dollars will be charged a THREE dollar handling fee. FREIGHT CHARGES Freight charges will be added to your order at the time of shipment. BACK ORDERS Any item not shipped will be backordered unless requested otherwise. Most backorders are filled within a few days. PAYMENT We accept cash, checks and credit cards. To apply for an account please contact our office for a credit application. SHIPPING All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse, or in case of a drop shipments, origination of goods. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your total at time of shipment. Any shipment longer than eight feet will ship LTL unless you request the material cut ($5.00/cut) and shipped UPS. SHORTAGES Any shortages must be reported immediatly upon reciept of shipment or a claim may be denied. Each shipment contains a packing slip, please verify the contents to the packing slip. FREIGHT CLAIMS We are not responsible for loss or damage of goods after they leave our dock. Damage in-transit is the responsibility of the carrier. Any damage must be noted on the bill of lading at time of delivery. The driver must also sign for the damage. Under no circumstances may a customer return damaged goods to Western Glass Supply ro take credit for damages caused by the carrier. We will ship new product as soon as possible on a new order and the customer takes full responsibility for payment. RETURN POLICY There will be no returns on cups, sealants, tapes,cutters, blades, drills, diamond tools,hand tools, power tools and special orders. Merchandise returned must be unused, in original package and resalable. We do not accept collect return shipments. There is a twenty percent restocking charge on all returns. WARRANTY LIMITATION All specifications, technical information, and recommendations regarding any of our offered products are based on supplier data and are believed to be reliable, but Western Glass Supply does not warrant or guarantee it accurate or complete. It is the user's responsibility to decide the suitability of a productfor the intended use. The user assumes all responsibility in use and the ability to use the product. This policy shall be in affect with the exclusion of all other remedies. No salesperson or employee of Western Glass Supply has the authority to alter the terms of these warranties. Western Glass Supply shall not in any event be responsible for any damages, consequential or incidental, including loss of profits or revenues, conomical losses and loss of use. There are no other agreements, representations or warranties, expressed or implied not specified herein.
